1. Agency Licensing & Compliance
Elementor Pro, Rank Math Pro, Crocoblock, and FlyingPress licenses are provided strictly as a managed service. These premium tools must be deployed and maintained exclusively by Roots in Tech Inc. on our infrastructure to maintain active agency compliance. Standalone license keys will not be distributed.
2. Free Domain Policy
The included free domain requires a mandatory, non-refundable 12-month annual commitment, regardless of whether you select a monthly or yearly billing cycle. If the maintenance plan is canceled mid-term, the client will be immediately invoiced for the remaining balance of the annual domain contract. This offer applies strictly to standard, top-level domains and excludes premium registrations exceeding $30.00 CAD per year.
3. Maintenance & Done-For-You Support Limits
Weekly core updates and priority done-for-you support allocations (15 minutes for Growth, 30 minutes for Scale VIP) operate on a strict "use-it-or-lose-it" monthly cycle. Unused support time is non-transferable and does not roll over to subsequent months.
4. CRM Access & Variable Usage Billing
Access to app.rootsintech.com features (Unified Inbox, CRM dashboards, and automation workflows) is included in the plan tier. However, all outbound/inbound text messages (SMS), phone minutes, AI tasks, and high-volume email broadcasts run on consumption-based infrastructure (e.g., Twilio/LC) and are billed separately based on direct monthly usage.
Billable usage includes, but is not limited to:
- Telephony & SMS: SMS/MMS segments, voice minutes, phone number leasing, and carrier fees (A2P 10DLC).
- Email Services: Marketing/transactional sending and automated list verification.
- Premium AI: Content AI (text/blogs), Image AI, and Conversational AI Chatbots.
- Workflow Actions: Premium integrations and automated ChatGPT workflow steps.
5. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 & Data Safety Rules
All bundled or add-on productivity seats (Google Workspace Business Starter/Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Basic) are bound to a strict 12-month annual commitment contract that auto-renews. Early termination of the plan tier requires an immediate payout of the remaining months on all active email licensing. Setup & Provisioning Fees: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account deployment is subject to a $100.00 CAD initial configuration fee. Additional seats added to the same organization are billed at a $50.00 CAD setup fee per account. Bundled Tier C Dropsuite archiving vaults are subject to a standard $49.00 CAD infrastructure setup fee. We provide dedicated cloud resources, $600/year in premium software licenses (CRM, Elementor Pro), and active human management to ensure your business never stops running.
How does the Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 setup work?
We take the hassle out of business email. We charge a one-time setup fee ($100 CAD for the first user, $50 CAD for additional) to configure your DNS, security records (DKIM/DMARC), and user accounts. This helps ensures your emails land in inboxes, not spam folders. Note: Monthly license fees for Google/Microsoft are paid via invoice and have an annual commitment.
